Ingredients

  • 5 oz corkscrew macaroni

  • 10 oz frozen peas and carrots

  • 1 cup cocktail peanuts

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

  • 2 tbsp onion, minced

  • 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

  • 1 tbsp prepared mustard

  • 3 tbsp sweet pickle relish

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 dash cayenne pepper

  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopper


Instructions

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and chill in cold water;

Cook peas and carrots according to package directions, drain and chill in cold water; drain.

Put macaroni and vegetables in a bowl and toss with peanuts, cheese, chopped eggs and onion. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt and cayenne.

Stir into macaroni mixture.

Chill until serving time. Make approximately 6 cups.
