Peanut Butter Corn Pudding


Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can Whole Kernel Corn - Drained

  • 1 14 oz can Cream-Style Corn

  • 1 8 oz box Corn Muffin Mix

  • 3/4 cup Sour Cream

  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Butter - Melted

  • 2 tsp Chopped Peanuts


Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the two corns, muffin mix, sour cream, peanut butter, brown sugar, melted butter until well mixed. Pour mixture evenly into 9 x13 baking pan and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
